Get Moving

Well did a workout yesterday morning at 5:30AM.  Have you ever started a workout and did not want to do it?  Well that was me the other day.  I did not get into the grove until the last round, did every movement unbroken.   The workout was:
5 rounds (19:45)
10 Thrusters 95#
10 Hang cleans 95#
                                                                                       10 Box jumps (24 inches)
