Change is a brewing.

Yesterday was a great day.  I received three PR’s in my Dead lifts, Shoulder press, and Back Squats.  I dead lifted 365, Shoulder 125 and back squat 255.  The grand total of those three exercises are 745.  Last time I did this I did 700 a big difference.  My goal is to back squat 300 and dead lift 400.  One day you will witness me doing this.  I tried 285 on my back squat and came down with it and I just could not get up with it.  Hey have a good day and lift one!
