Taco Thursday

Fish Tacos
I am a huge seafood  lover.  My father was a shrimper and we would have fish, shrimp and crabs in our house all the time. A couple of nights ago I got creative and made fish tacos with out the tortilla. 

Ingredients
Tilapia
Lemon
Green onions (green and white part)
Tomatoes
Cabbage green and red (cut)
Roman Lettuce
Cheese
Salsa (Optional)

  • Season the Tilapia to your liking.  Squeeze lemon juice on it.
  • Cut up your cabbage,tomato, and green onions.
  • Open the Roman Lettuce and start to put the ingredients in the lettuce.

Oh yeah!!!

        
Well, today was the day I had to weigh myself.  I didn't want to get on the scale because I hadn't worked out in 3 days and didn't feel I had lost any weight.  Have you ever felt like this before?  Well, I woke up to let the dog out and decided to just get it over with. (Drum roll, please!)  I lost 3 pounds! What a wonderful feeling!  7 pounds down, only 44 pounds to go.  Pictures will be coming soon with my progress.
