This was a filling breakfast. With lots of flavor.

What you will need:
Whole wheat tortilla
2 Eggs
Salsa
Black Beans Drain
Cumin
Lemon or lime
- You can scramble the egg or have it over easy/medium. I like my eggs over medium.
- Drain the black beans and sprinkle some cumin over the beans with a splash of lime or lemon.
- Heat the tortilla to your liking. I like mine a little crispy.
- Smash the beans a little on the tortilla and add the salsa and the eggs.
- Enjoy!
Oooh, this sounds yummy! I'm trying to have breakfasts with more protein in them but I'm getting a bit bored with my eggs and bacon. This sounds like a great alternative if I fancy something a little different! Thanks!!
