Jiggle Challenge

Jiggle Challenge

Well, I hate to post this but I gained .5 pound, I am not upset.  This is a journey and I will meet my goal weight one day.  What I walk away with is I started logging in my food intake, increase my water, can run with out stopping 2 miles, getting stronger with cross fit and made some fellow blogger as friends.  I will probably keep posting about my weight loss because this is an outlet of what I have been doing.  So keep in contact of this journey of mine.  Also big relay race in Saturday.  I will keep you posted on that.  Good luck to the winner of this challenge I can not wait to find out who the winner will be.

  2. You have a great attitude about this! I think as long as you are making good choices with eating and exercises 90% of the time, you will be looking bathing suit hot in no time!
