Well, I am embarrassed to say that I have not lost any weight. I gained 1.5 pounds. I am not making excuses but I've been having knee problems for a week and half now. On days that I would not do crossfit I would run. I could not run at all this week. Not running bums me out. I am an active person that enjoys working out and pushing it to the limit. When I am hurt I feel like I am not getting stronger. Next week if I am still having knee pains, I will fix my eating habit since cardio is out. I hope everyone is doing great and next week I will have lost that 1.5.

Frustration

Have you tried an elliptical machine? It's lower impact on your joints. I have knee problems too. I have to step back and analyze what and how I have been training that week. Weirdly enough, I have also been to the chiro for my knee problem.
