After my workout this morning from Crossfit I was not really hungry so I decided to make myself a spinach fruit smoothie. It contains:
Whey Protein is not shown.
8oz of water
Handful of Spinach
Frozen Banana
Frozen Blueberries
Frozen Raspberries
1 scoop of whey protein
Blend it together and you will have a light refreshing breakfast

Yum! I made myself a spinach smoothie the other day and was very pleased with the results! I'll definitely be trying it again!
