Veggie Monday

Veggie Spaghetti

This is one dish if you are looking to bulk up your vegetable intake is the one you need to add to your recipe book. 

If you have a meatball recipe use it Substitute the bread crumbs for Parmesan cheese instead.
Meatball Recipe
  • 1 pounds of ground beef 
  • 1 pound of Turkey
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Couple of dashed of Tabasco Sauce
  • Chopped Parsley
Mix all the ingredients together. 
 Roll into balls. 
Heat the pan with Olive oil
Brown the meatballs and than place in the oven cooking at 400 degrees for 15 min or until done.
  • Squash
  • Green and Red peppers
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Sautee them in the same pan as you brown the meatballs. 
  • Add the Marinara Sauce.
BAM! You have your Veggie Meatball Spaghetti
