Cross fit Challenge
Today's workout was so intense.
We did 15 pull ups and 15 wall balls. Five rounds
I can not do a pull up to save my life. They gave me some assistance that can help pull me up but I needed more resistance. I finished in 8 minutes 45 seconds.
